Meet Lindsey

Hi, I’m Lindsey — the dreamer, doer, and forever foodie behind LL’s Kitchen.

What started as my own journey to find balance has become a community built around simple, feel-good food.

Every bag of LL’s Kitchen granola is baked with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of love — because good food should leave you feeling nourished, energized, and proud of what’s on your plate.

From Mound to Mixing Bowl

What started as a college athlete’s journey to heal her relationship with food became a mission to reimagine healthy eating — one batch of granola at a time.

Where It All Started

The foundation of LL’s Kitchen began long before the first bag of granola was ever baked — on the pitcher’s mound.

As a collegiate softball player, Lindsey spent years chasing performance and perfection. But off the field, she struggled with her relationship with food, labeling it as good or bad, always feeling like it had control of her.

Eventually, she realized something had to change. To perform at her best, she had to see food not as the enemy — but as fuel.

From Healing to Helping

That shift sparked a lifelong mission: to help others stop overcomplicating nutrition.

In the middle of the pandemic, Lindsey became a certified nutrition coach, determined to prove that healthy can be simple and delicious.

One day, her Noni asked her to make a batch of her “famous healthy granola.” Using what she had on hand — apricots and blood orange–infused olive oil — Lindsey baked her first batch.

That’s the day LL’s Kitchen was born. More specifically, Blood Orange Apricot.
